The first step is to assess the business/charity through our DM Social AssessmentTM - The diagnostic. Set up the questionnaire using your chosen survey software, send it to the client and you will receive a handy brief that will help you understand how to approach your consultancy session.
The next step is to analyse the client’s social presence using our DM Social HealthcheckTM. This questionnaire will identify areas of strengths and weakness. It will be completed by you once you have reviewed the client assessment form in Step 1.
Once you have understood the client’s challenges and have diagnosed their social presence it’s time to discuss your findings via a 60 minute face-to-face/online session. Use our DM Social PowerHourTM framework to guide the conversation and deliver your recommendations.
Finally, it’s time to present your findings in a short report with clear next steps that can be followed by your client. We provide you with our DM Reporting ToolTM which makes reporting easy.
